Karan Johar's shoot of Kapoor and Sons in jeopardy
All is not well on the sets of Shakun Batra's Kapoor and Sons in Kunoor, produced by Karan Johar. The film's leading lady Alia Bhatt has experienced a shooting pain in her shoulder and is now being rushed to a hospital in Coimbatore, which is a 75-minute drive away.

Inquiries reveal that Alia was sitting in a posture which had transferred her body weight on her elbow. A very close friend of Alia (on request of anonymity) told SpotboyE.com, "Something snapped when Alia was leaning on her elbow, and she felt an acute pain in her shoulder which did not subside. Now, that is definitely not a very good sign, but let's hope for the best."
Alia called up her parents (Mahesh Bhatt and Soni Razdan) before taking the call to head for medical aid.
"We hope it's not a fracture or a dislocation. She is rushing to Coimbatore for a check-up," the friend added.
In December last year, Alia got hurt while pumping iron at the gym, when she banged her hand against something which caused injury on her fingers. Six months prior to that, Alia went down with a torn calf ligament when she injured her leg while rehearsing for a song.
KJo's shoot is definitely going to be thrown off gear for the next few days. We wish Alia a speedy recovery.
